Omega-Com, Inc. recognizes the importance of the personal information (information which can be used to identify individuals) it collects from business partners and persons making inquiries, and in strict compliance with the laws and ordinances regarding the protection of personal information, strives to properly collect, use and manage such information. However, personal information for the purposes of news reporting or offered for written material shall not be subject to this policy, as stipulated in Article 50, Item 1 of the Private Information Protection Law.

Omega-Com shall strive to appropriately manage and protect the personal information sent from its Web pages belonging to customers and persons making inquiries, in line with the above policy. Additionally, the use of these Web pages by the customers or persons making inquiry therein is voluntary, and the decision whether or not to provide personal information to our company is left entirely to each customer or person making an inquiry.
